We hope you love your Mon Châtelain product as soon as you receive it. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact info@monchatelain.com to organise an exchange or refund.

All items must be returned within 14 days of receipt of the order and must be returned new, unused, and in the original packaging.

In the case that you decide to return your order we will issue you with a full refund; however, you will need to return the order at your own cost.

We strongly advise that you get proof of posting and adequate insurance from the postal service you choose, as we can only refund or exchange on receipt of the goods. The goods are your responsibility until they reach us. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error.

Once we have received your returned item we will send you an email to confirm receipt of the returned goods. Please allow 10 working days for your return to reach us. We cannot be held responsible for item(s) lost in transit. Providing the order has been sent back unworn and in its original state, we will process your return request within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods and will send you a further email notification to confirm this.

Exchanges can only be made for the same item in a different size and/or colour and a delivery time will be allocated once the exchange has been confirmed.

If you wish to purchase a different product, you must return your order item(s) for a refund and place a new order.

Our refund policy

We will issue a refund for returned item(s) purchased online that are returned unworn and in their original state and according to our policy outlined above. The refund will be credited to the purchaser’s original payment method within 14 days of receipt.

Please Note: Refunds may take up to 14 working days to appear in your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
